Design Story
The focal panel is unmistakable: a jewelled crescent curving around an eight-pointed star, set against a dark amethyst field. Around it, fine gold latticework spreads into a net of chains, small starbursts and faceted violet stones, each element smaller than the last. That descending scale is what makes the design read rather than clutter — the eye lands on the moon, then drifts outward and downward through the ornamental web to the fleur-like flourish near the base. Colour does the rest of the work. Warm gold lines against cool purple create contrast without noise, and the darkness between the motifs functions as negative space, letting the celestial symbols breathe. Nothing moves here. The whole image is arranged, ceremonial, quiet.
