Design Story

The wraparound surface is dense baroque scrollwork over a dark diamond lattice, punctuated by small star and gem accents that read as scattered light. At the visual centre sits a pale circular focal panel: the three-pointed hypocycloid emblem in gold, red and blue with the word Steelers set beside it, ringed by a bright beaded circle. Above it, a crown. Below, a second crown resting on a carved skull whose hollow eyes anchor the lower third. The hierarchy is deliberate — ornament, crown, emblem, crown, skull — a vertical axis of insignia read from top to bottom. Candlelight in the background keeps the palette warm and the mood ceremonial rather than aggressive.
